Managed offices with a full support team on hand

The offices are fully managed and there’s a full support team on hand which includes public sector support from both Salford City Council and the University of Salford, business support, reception, administrative services and IT support.

Business support
Salford Hundred Venture provides business support, advice and training. They are based just across the road from the Innovation Forum, within the Innovation Park.
Regular networking events are held on-site.

Reception service
The reception service staff act as part of your team. The friendly and professional staff will greet your visitors, arrange refreshments and guide them to meeting rooms. They will also answer your telephone with your company name and take messages when you are unable to take calls.

Administrative and secretarial services
Your business may need additional cover for administrative or secretarial staff during busy periods, sickness or holidays. Our trained staff can provide this cover and help you to avoid any business disruption.
We can also help with back-up services such as filing, typing, database management, mail merges and mail shots, answering response calls and recording any required data.

Public sector support
Salford City Council’s Business team are available to give tenants support and can advise on a wide range of topics from applying for loans and grants, planning for the future of your business, the procurement process and getting work from the public sector to the nitty-gritty of taxes.
The University of Salford has a huge amount of specialist knowledge, equipment, facilities and expertise. The University of Salford is open to forming strategic links with Innovation Forum tenants through Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (please note that these are not free although government grants are available). Forming such a link could improve the competitiveness of your company.

IT support
After setting up the telephone and internet network in your office to your requirements IT support are on hand for the first week after you move in. After this time their services are available on an ad hoc basis.
