As well as the support we provide to help businesses do this we also offer a range of affordable, commercial office space available within the building. There are a variety of options, starting at flexi-space office solutions to offices which are suitable for up to 40 people. There’s plenty of room for your business to expand at Innovation Forum. Offices range from 110 sq. ft. to nearly 2,300 sq. ft.

Flexi-Office options start from just £35 per month which includes office space and broadband connection as well as the services that come with being in the building. Our easy sign-up process means that you could be in your new office space within a week. Flexi-Office tenants can access a full range of building services, including discounted meeting room hire, discounted conference facilities, a professional call handling service and full administrative support.

Let Loose Designs – In February 2008, Paul Dawson and Dwain Brandy, two new graduates, won a competition that gave them six months free rent in the Innovation Forum. Since then and with the support provided for Innovation Forum tenants, their start-up has grown. They have taken on two new members of staff and moved into larger offices within the Forum.
