In addition to traditional single occupancy offices at the Innovation Forum, we also have a large communal Business Centre which can accommodate up to twelve tenants at any time. We have four permanent workstations available with lockable drawers and personal storage space, along with eight communal workstations that tenants use as and when they need to.

Flexi-Office options start from just £35 per month which includes office space, broadband connection and business rates. You simply choose the Flexi-Office option that suits you best and we will do the rest. Our easy sign-up process means that you could be in your new office space within a week.

Flexi-Office tenants can access a full range of building services including discounted meeting room hire, professional call handling and administrative support. We also provide tenants with a dedicated website page on the main Innovation Forum website that you can update as often as you like when you receive your user ID and password.

We have several communal areas throughout the building where you can meet your visitors in a more informal environment along with a good selection of dedicated meeting and conference facilities which, as a Flexi-Office tenant, you will also benefit from discounted booking rates.

In the atrium we have a Costa Coffee pod which serves a wide selection of hot and cold beverages and snacks and is open weekdays until 3pm.
