Meetings and conferences
The Innovation Forum is a professional, comfortable and relaxing venue and is an ideal place to hold your meetings and conferences.
You will be well looked after by our experienced team. For conferences, a dedicated conference co-ordinator will help you before, during and after your event to ensure that your event runs smoothly and is a success.
Whatever support is needed talk to Clare, Esther or Emily (available on 0161 295 5487). They can help organise signage, flowers, specialist equipment, poster boards, overnight accommodation and help with practicalities such as photocopying, registering your guests and arranging taxis.
Conference rooms
There are two conference rooms at Innovation Forum which can be used separately (capacity 60 and 40) or joined to give one big space (seating up to 110 theatre style or 80 cabaret style).
Boardrooms
Boardroom 1 seats up to 30 people classroom style or 18 cabaret style
Boardroom 2 seats up to 19 people boardroom style with video conferencing available Boardroom 3 seats up to 16 people boardroom style
The conference rooms and boardroom 2 have video conferencing facilities.
Our full day conference package includes:
- Coffee and biscuits on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
- Buffet lunch.
- Equipment is provided. Depending on which space is booked this might include a projector, screen, speakers, flipcharts, paper and pens.
- Wi-Fi broadband access throughout, larger rooms have networked PC and video/sound relay.
The full day rate is £33.50 (plus VAT) per person. Half day rates and room only options are available, please ask.
